About Split PDF Every N Pages

Splitting every N pages is useful for invoice packets, exam papers, scanned form batches, or contract bundles where each output file should have the same number of pages. Instead of typing many page ranges by hand, you define one page count and let the tool create consecutive chunks.

The output files are named by their page ranges and bundled into a ZIP archive. For example, a 40-page PDF split every 5 pages becomes eight smaller PDFs. The final file keeps the remaining pages if the total page count does not divide evenly.

Pages are copied into new PDFs without rendering them as images, so text and vector content stay sharp. All processing happens locally in your browser. If your file has meaningful bookmarks, try Split PDF by Bookmarks; if you need custom ranges, use the regular Split PDF tool.
