Organizing PDF pages is useful when a scan has blank sheets, duplicated forms, missing separators, or pages in the wrong order. Instead of switching between several tools, you can build a new page plan in one place.

Organizing a PDF is a small task that appears constantly in real document workflows. A scan may include an accidental blank sheet, a contract may need an attachment page inserted, or a report may have chapters in the wrong order. This tool lets you rebuild the page order directly in your browser without uploading the file.

You can insert all pages from another PDF at the beginning, at the end, before a page, or after a page. This is useful for adding appendices, corrected scan pages, signed sheets, or supplemental pages without rebuilding the whole document from scratch.

If a page was scanned incorrectly or a signed page needs to replace an earlier draft, select the old pages and replace them with the chosen PDF. The replacement is added to the page plan first, so you can still review the order before exporting.

You can also add blank pages at the beginning, at the end, before and after a specific page, after every selected page, or after every N pages in the current plan. Blank pages can match the original PDF size or use standard A4 and Letter dimensions. This is useful for printing, binding, adding manual notes, or separating sections before sharing a document.

In a July 2026 browser check on Chrome for Windows 11, adding one blank page to the end of a 126-page scanned PDF kept the output at about 11 MB, close to the 11 MB source file. That result is possible because the tool inserts a blank PDF page instead of rasterizing every existing page.

Page reordering works by changing the output page plan, not by altering the original PDF. You can select a page range, odd pages, or even pages, then drag page cards, reverse the order, move selected pages to the start or end, rotate selected pages, duplicate selected pages, remove pages, or export only the selected pages as a new PDF. The source document remains unchanged, so you can always reset the plan and go back to the original order.
