What you should know
Adding an electronic signature to a PDF lets you finalize contracts, application forms, and approval documents without printing or scanning. Browser-based signing keeps the document on your device and produces a flat PDF that is harder to tamper with.
- Two signature styles — draw with a mouse or stylus, or type your name in one of several professional fonts.
- Place and resize freely — drag the signature anywhere on the page and adjust the size before downloading.
- For everyday documents — this tool works well for informal contracts and internal approvals. For legally binding e-signatures, use a certified platform.

- Upload multiple files — drag and drop a folder or select individual PDFs to process in one go.
- Same settings for all files — configure the operation once and it is applied uniformly across the batch.
- Results packaged for download — processed files are bundled into a ZIP archive for convenience.
About Sign PDF
Signing a PDF is often the last step before sending a contract, application, or approval. Printing, signing, and scanning is slow and creates image quality loss. An electronic signature added directly in the browser is faster and produces a cleaner file.
This tool supports two signature styles: draw with a mouse or stylus, or type your name in a professional font. You can drag, resize, and place the signature anywhere on the page. Once downloaded, the signature is flattened into the PDF, making it harder to move or remove.
Because the document never leaves your device, the signature process is private. Nothing is stored on a server. This is useful for contracts, NDAs, and internal approvals that contain sensitive information.
This tool is intended for everyday electronic signatures, not legally certified e-signatures that require identity verification. For certified signing or audit trails, use a dedicated e-signature platform. For multiple documents, try Batch Sign PDF.
