About PDF Print Layout

PDF print layout helps when you want several original pages on each sheet of paper. 2-up is useful for handouts and notes; 4-up works well for drafts, quick review, and saving paper. The tool also includes A5-on-A4 and booklet ordering for more specific print jobs.

The tool embeds original PDF pages into a new layout instead of converting them into images. That helps preserve text sharpness and vector quality while allowing you to choose A4, Letter, or the original first-page size, plus margins, gaps, and a simple binding margin.

Booklet mode reorders pages into foldable 2-up spreads and pads blank slots when the page count is not a multiple of four. For double-sided page parity or manual odd/even print sets, use Duplex Print Helper.
