Sign PDF Without Uploading

The PDF never leaves your device. The tool uses the browser's FileReader API to process the file locally in memory. When you close the tab, the data is gone.

Because processing happens entirely in your browser, there is no network transfer of the file content to intercept. The only network call is to load the tool's JavaScript code itself.

Usually yes. Since there is no outbound file transfer, it often bypasses DLP alerts that trigger on cloud uploads. However, your IT department may still block the domain itself.

Slightly larger — typically 10-30 KB added per signature image. If file size matters, use the compress tool afterward.

Unsaved work is lost. The tool does not auto-save because that would require storing data somewhere. Download the signed copy before making additional edits.
