Professional watermarking and branding
Need custom watermarks, Bates numbering, or header/footer branding across hundreds of documents? PDFelement handles it at scale.
What you should know
Batch watermarking applies the same mark to every page of every file. It is ideal for internal document reviews, draft reports, or portfolios where you want a consistent "Confidential" or logo stamp across a set of PDFs.
- Position and style carry across files — set once and apply to the entire batch.
- Check page sizes — a watermark placed for A4 may look off-center on Letter-sized PDFs.
- Not copy protection — watermarking deters casual sharing but does not prevent editing.

About Batch Watermark PDF
Applying the same watermark to many documents is common in legal, HR, and creative workflows. It lets you mark a whole set of files as "Confidential," "Draft," or branded with a logo without opening each one individually.
Upload your PDFs, configure the text or image watermark once, and apply it to the entire batch. The same style, position, and opacity are used for every file. Results are packaged in a ZIP archive for easy download and distribution.
All processing happens locally. Your files are never uploaded to a server, which is important for confidential bundles. Watermarks are added as a separate layer, leaving the original content intact.
Remember that watermarking is a deterrent, not copy protection. Also, the same position may look slightly different on A4 versus Letter-sized PDFs. For precise placement per file, use Add Watermark.
