About Batch Compress PDF
When you have several PDFs that are all slightly too large, compressing them one by one is tedious. Batch compression applies the same quality setting to every file and returns a ZIP archive of the smaller PDFs. This is useful for email attachments, upload forms, and archive cleanup.
Choose a compression strength based on the content. Scanned PDFs and image-heavy files shrink the most; text-only PDFs may see little change. A conservative setting is safest when the batch contains mixed scans and text documents.
